The Karoussos Archives, which holds a century of Byzantine art legacy, employs innovative techniques to transfer parts of the late Yannis Karoussos' fresco paintings to materials and items outside of religious institutions allowing people to obtain a piece of cultural heritage through novel approaches. By redefining the use and space of the frescoes, the KaStudio encourages the global circulation of Byzantine art, in new forms, enabling it to thrive in our digital era. High-fidelity and motion murals retain mastery in various materials, such as canvas, wallpaper, carpets, and upholstery fabrics, as they have been created with exceptional care in digital editing and printing. The use of new materials transfers the aesthetic horizons of Byzantine art in the contemporary sense, allowing us all to be immersed in their grandeur.
